Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to make a return, please send items to the following address and include a note of your order number and reason for return.

The cost of the return must be covered by the sender, we recommend using a tracked service as Festoon are unable to accept liability for any items lost or damaged in transit.  

All items must be returned in the packaging they came with and in a re-saleable condition.
